These orange and yellow carrot slices have a hand-cutlook thanks to their ‘chef’s cut’. Their unique cut, attractive colour combination and their sweet, light taste makes this “Carrots Duo” ideal fora wide range of tasty dishes.
Orange carrots 50%, yellow carrots 50%.
Put the desired quantity of product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.
Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Drain and season to taste.
Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
