Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly coat the frozen vegetables with oil, place into an ovenproof dish and heat for 10-15 minutes.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan. Add the frozen vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
Defrost the frozen vegetables at room temperature and season as required.
