100 g Ardo Asian -style herb mix 50 g Ardo Spring onions 10 drum sticks 50 ml peanut oil 200 ml chicken stock 100 ml chilli sauce 50 ml honey 50 ml sweet soy sauce 100 ml hoisin sauce Siracha sauce to taste 20 g white sesame
Fry the drum sticks in the peanut oil. Add the Asian-style herb mix and leave to simmer for a while.
Add the stock and all of the seasoning and reduce to a syrupy sauce over a low heat.
Leave to rest, sprinkle with sesame and spring onion.
