Brussels waffle with whipped cream, mango and pineapple


Ingredients for 10 persons:

400g Ardo Mango
400g Ardo Pineapple
5g Ardo Mint
10 Brussels waffles
2 tbsp Mascarpone
2 tbsp Sweetened whipped cream


  1. Defrost the pineapple and mango (either in a refrigerator overnight or at room temperature) and mix with the mint.
  2. Whisk the whipped cream and mix with the mascarpone (flavour, if necessary, with a liqueur of your choice)
  3. Heat the waffles in the oven and serve with the whipped cream and fruit.
