Serve 10

1.5 kg Ardo cauliflower florets
500 g Ardo Cherry tomatoes
20 g Ardo Basil
20 slices mozzarella
50 ml olive oil
salt and pepper




  1. Steam the cauliflower florets briefly and allow them to drain for a while. Fry them in a dash of olive oil and place them in a baking oven dish.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil.
  3. Place the slices of mozzarella on top. Arrange the cherry tomatoes among them.
  4. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake in the oven for 15-20min at 180°C.
