150 g Ardo Scandinavian style herb mix
1.5 kg Ardo Veggie mix Nordic style
1.2 kg cod fillet
200 ml sour cream
100 g panko
100 g butter
salt and pepper


Gluten, Soy, Milk, Fish


  1. Mix 100 g of Scandinavian-style herb mix with the panko and softened butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper into a thin layer and leave to set in the fridge.
  3. Cut the cod fillets into portions, fry briefly in the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cover the cod with some herb-panko-butter mix and bake in the oven at 200°C for 5–8minutes.
  4. Heat up the Nordic-style veggie mix in a pan.
  5. Mix the sour cream with the rest of the Scandinavian-style herb mix and season with pepper, salt and a little lime juice.
  6. Dress and serve.
