1 kg Ardo Celeriac cubes 600 g Ardo Woodland mushroom mix 150 g Ardo Onion cubes 10 g Ardo Parsley 15g Ardo Garlic cubes 100 g butter or margarine 20 g gratin cheese salt and pepper

Preparation
Steam the celeriac cubes and mushroom mix briefly. Drain.
Fry the garlic and onion cubes in the butter, add the celeriac and mushroom mix and cook briefly over a high heat.
Season with salt and pepper and place on a baking dish.
Finish off with parsley and spread the gratin cheese over the dish.
