Greek yoghurt with fruit brunoise and crispy quinoa

Ingredients for 10 persons:

700g Ardo Fruit brunoise
200g Ardo Quinoa
2L Greek yoghurt
20ml Honey

Allergens

Milk

Preparation

  1. Fry the quinoa in the deep fat fryer until crispy.
  2. Mix the honey into the warm quinoa.
  3. Fill glasses or a bowl with the Greek yoghurt.
  4. Spread the frozen fruit brunoise over it and let it thaw for a while.
  5. Finish off with the crispy quinoa just before serving.
