Jar spicy quinoa, sweet life mix and edamame soy beans


Serve 10

• 1.5 kg Quinoa Ardo
• 1.5 kg Sweet life mix Ardo
• 500 g Edamame soy beans Ardo
• 500 g Chick peas Ardo
• 50 g Shallots Ardo
• 20 g Chives Ardo
• Smoked paprika
• 100 g Alfalfa
• 2 dl olive oil
• 0.5 dl white balsamic vinegar
• Zest of 1 lime
• 20 g sugar


Soy, Sulphite


  1. Heat up the quinoa and the sweet life mix in a pan with half of the olive oil, season with pepper and salt. Cool down immediately.
  2. Put the chickpeas in baking tray with some olive oil and the smoked paprika powder and bake them in the oven until crispy.
  3. Steam the edamame briefly and allow to cool down, season with olive oil and pepper and salt
  4. Make a dressing of 1 dl olive oil, the vinegar, the shallots and the zest, season with pepper and salt and some sugar.
  5. Mix the dressing with quinoa and the chives.
  6. Stack up all the ingredients in layers in the jars.
