Preparation
Bring the milk and cream to the boil and add the cauliflower purée. Bring back to the boil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Top with 200 g grated cheese.
Steam the broccoli florets briefly and dice the ham.
Fill a baking dish with the macaroni, arrange the broccoli and ham cubes on top. Pour the cauliflower sauce over and top with the rest of the cheese.
