Ingredients for 10 persons

500g Ardo Mango
Juice of 1 lemon
50ml Agave Syrup
1 vanilla pod
3 Star anise
Deleye, chocolate or vanilla yoghurt elements


Egg, Gluten, Milk


  1. Put the mango in a sauté pan with all the aromatics.
  2. Allow to simmer for a while so that all the flavours are released.
  3. Cool down again and serve cold with the defrosted Elements.
