Ingredients to serve 25:

2,5kg Ardo Carrots Rustica,
3dl olive oil, ,
3dl white wine vinegar,
2-3dl sugar,
3 tblsp. Ardo garlic - diced,
3 tblsp. Ardo basil,


  1. Defrost the Carrots Rustica.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together to make the marinade.
  3. Add the Carrots Rustica and leave to marinate in the refrigerator until next day.
  4. Serve as a cold side dish.
