1.5 kg Ardo Half potatoes with their skin 300 g Ardo Red onion slices 50 g Ardo Provence herb mix 20 g Ardo Parsley 100 ml olive oil Black pepper Coarse sea salt
Preparation
Mix the potatoes with the olive oil, red onion and Provence herb mix. Season with black pepper and coarse sea salt.
Bake in the oven at 180°C - 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
