500 g quinoa Ardo
40 g spring onions Ardo
250 gr zucchini mix Ardo
100 gr sliced black olives Ardo
20 gr basil Ardo
10 gr flat parsley Ardo
½ lime
200 g feta cheese
Paprika powder
Cayenne pepper
Cumin powder
Olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper




  1. Stew the zucchini mix in olive oil. Add herbs according to taste (paprika, cumin powder, cayenne pepper). Leave to cool.
  2. Mix the chopped parsley, basil, olives and the spring onions together with the stewed vegetables.
  3. Add the thawed quinoa add the end and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Finish with cubed feta and a few drops of lime juice and olive oil.
