Scandinavian-style baked potatoes



100 g Ardo Scandinavian -style herb mix
10 large slow-cooking potatoes simmering (bintje type)
700 g sour cream
500 g grey shrimps
Salt and pepper
Fleur de sel
Decorative shoots, flowers


Milk, Crustaceans


  1. Bake the washed potatoes in the oven for 60 minutes at 180°C until they swell.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the Scandinavian-style herb mix and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the potatoes open lengthways, season with some "fleur de sel" and fill with sour cream.
  4. Top with the grey shrimps (best when freshly peeled)
  5. Decorate with the shoots and/or flowers.
