Vegetarian pasta dish with retro vegetables


Serves 4

1.2kg Ardo Retro Vegetables Mix
1kg Ardo Macaroni
500g Ardo Cherry Tomatoes
30g Ardo Basil
750g mascarpone
150g grated cheese
300g red pesto
100g breadcrumbs
100ml olive oil
Salt and pepper


Celery, Gluten, Milk, Nuts


  1. Pour the Ardo Retro Vegetables into a Gastronorm pan, sprinkle them with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake the Retro Vegetables in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the mascarpone with the pesto, Ardo Basil and a few spoonfuls of olive oil. Mix this with the Ardo Macaroni and season with salt and pepper. Pour everything into an oven dish.
  3. Place the Ardo Retro Vegetables and Ardo Cherry Tomatoes on top.
  4. Dust with the breadcrumbs and grated cheese, and sprinkle with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  6. For a non-vegetarian alternative, add some diced cooked ham.
  7. Enjoy!
