Ingredients

50 g Ardo 8 herb mix
50 g Ardo Shallots
1 egg yolk
½ tbsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
500 ml sunflower oil
Water
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until homogeneous.
  2. Add water to obtain the desired consistency.
