Wrap with Mediterranean Vegetables, Cream Cheese and Rucola


Serves 4

100g Ardo grilled peppers
20g Ardo chives
150g cream cheese
4 wraps (with a diameter of 25cm)
150g Mediterranean vegetable tapenade (*)
100g rucola
Black pepper

Mediterranean vegetable tapenade :
Ingredients for 4 people

600g Ardo country grill
50g Ardo chopped shallots
20 Ardo garlic blocks
30g Ardo basil
100g capers
200g Parmesan cheese
400ml olive oil
40cl red wine vinegar






Gluten, Milk


  1. Mix the chives and black pepper into the cream cheese.
  2. Spread this mixture over the wraps.
  3. Next, spread a thin layer of tapenade (*) over the mixture.
  4. Garnish with fine strips of grilled peppers and the rucola.
  5. Roll the wraps up and cut them into portions.

(*) Mediterranean vegetable tapenade :

  1. Fry the shallots and garlic in the olive oil, then add the vegetables and let them stew gently.
  2. Allow to cool, add the capers, basil and olive oil and purée using a mixer.
  3. Garnish with the red wine vinegar and the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with toasted sandwiches or grissini.
  6. Could also serve as a foundation for hot or cold pasta dishes.
